Life Legacy
Reidsville – Mrs. Lucille Totten Finch of 522 North Washington Avenue died Tuesday, May 17, 2011. She was a native of Caswell County and a resident of Rockingham County for the majority of her life. Mrs. Finch was a graduate of Graham High School, Class of 1940 and was a retiree of the American Tobacco Company. Spiritually, she was a faithful member of Jerusalem United Holy Church where she served with the Board of Ushers. Survivors are: beloved husband, Percy Hunter Finch; sister, Emmie Jean Goins; brother, Paul Totten, Sr. (Anita); sisters-in-law, Viola Ziglar and Mary Regina Courts (Joe); brother-in-law, Charlie Finch; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011 from the Jerusalem United Holy Church, 633 Prince-Williams Street. Elder Mary Jackson will preside and interment will follow in the family plot of Eden Gardens Cemetery. The family visitation will be Monday from 12:30 until 1:00 p.m. at the church. Funeral arrangements are by Johnson & Sons.
